Facility – $240 per bed on a 10 year lease
This facility gained
notoriety after being closed down in the middle of the night by a
bankruptcy trustee. Arranged for new tenant at full price lease within 10
days although facility was empty.
Country Club at La Cholla – 223 Units
Congregate Care - $20,400,000
This upscale facility
located in Tucson, Arizona was sold to a new entry into the Senior housing
market at an excellent return to the owner.
Sherwood Oaks Convalescent –79 bed Skilled
Facility - $1,100,000 (50% ownership)
This small community based
nursing home in Northern California was jointly owned by two Universities
and leased to a private operator.
Glenbrook Hospital

57 bed Psychiatric Hospital - $1,350,000
This facility located in
Azusa, California was closed for over 4 years and the city refused
Conditional Use Permits to operate it. Sold to a group converting it to
upscale Alzheimer.
Seniors Apartment

This was a 7 acre site
located in Valencia and part of planned development area in which Senior
Realty Advisors also consulted on site selection and designation.
