| David W. Lacy is the
Founder, President and CEO of Senior Realty Advisors, Inc. |

| Prior to founding
Senior Realty Advisors, Mr. Lacy served as Director of the Senior
Housing and Long Term Care Group of Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real
Estate located in Los Angeles, California of which he created in 1996
and merged into Senior Realty Advisors in 2002. Preceding 1996
he oversaw Acquisitions and Development for a Nursing Home and
Assisted Living concern during which time he was hired to train the
original members of the Marcus & Millichap Senior Housing Group.
His working knowledge of reimbursement programs and the operational
needs of owners, operators and investors has given him inroads
throughout the United States. |

| Within the last 5
years, Mr. Lacy has been involved with the acquisition, sale and
consulting on over $450,000,000 worth of facilities including over
$150,000,000 in brokered transactions since late 1997 in multiple
states. In addition to Senior Care properties, Mr. Lacy has also
been involved with Community Development agencies, Low Income Housing
Tax Credit projects, Inducements for Tax Exempt Bonds through the City
of Los Angeles and consulting with many Not for Profit Entities, such
as Chabad of California.

| Mr. Lacy received a
degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton and
did post graduate work on Ethics prior to entering the Senior Care
Industry. David is a licensed Real Esate Broker in both
California and Florida. |

| David actively
participates in the American Health Care Association, Assisted Living
Federation of America, California Association of Health Facilities,
California Association for Homes and Services for the Aging, National
Investment Conference, and serves on the Advisory Committee to the
American Senior Housing Association. |
